Andrew Thomas

My name is Grant Henson, I am with The Systems Group. I oversee the engineering behind our dust collection division. Since taking on this role, I have had the pleasure of working with Kyle Holliman in his role at your establishment. I feel like Kyle ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make sure that I have everything that I need to get my projects done in a timely manner. I have had countless conversations with him about many different projects and applications and he is a wealth of knowledge. We have always been able to figure out duct solutions for the many different complex projects that I have thrown his way. I personally always seem to learn something from him through these conversations which in turn makes me better at my job. His customer service is second to none. Whether it is a new project with a short time frame, sorry for making you stay over from time to time Kyle, or we are dealing with a problem in the field, he has always gone out of his way to ensure that we come up with a timely and cost efficient solution to our issue so that we have little to no down time or we can deliver on schedule. I have also had the privilege of seeing him cultivate new talent within your company. I remember when Mel Clark and Andrew Thomas started helping with our account and it has been a joy to watch both grow in their positions and both become trusted advisers for our projects with Kyle’s guidance. I feel confident contacting either of them if I need something and know that I am going to get taken care of. The customer service, attention to detail, and team building skills that Kyle brings to the table are truly impressive. In short, the best compliment that I could give is this, there are several places that I have purchased ducting from in the past, but now due to the reasons listed above I never even have anyone else quote ducting for our company.

The US Duct team has proven to APEC time after time to be worthy of premier status in the ductwork industry. At APEC, we take great pride in delivering to our customers’ needs. We rely heavily on our suppliers and their personnel to get it right and to deliver promptly. It has been a pleasure being served by several experts at US Duct over the years and have nothing bad to say, well…at least not about the fabulous Melissa. Haha! Jokes aside, Andrew Thomas has been the main go-to for roughly two years now. He is well versed, proficient, and adept in his abilities to get the job done. On several occasions, Andrew went above and beyond by answering his personal phone, hours after he was gone from the office. He gives the little jobs the same importance as the big jobs and that says a lot. Andrew’s dedication to his work, his relationships with his customers, and to his team is unmatched. Andrew Thomas has undoubtedly been instrumental in APEC’s success!

I will say that working with Andrew has always been a pleasure. I'm always impressed with the fast turn around time on my RFQs and the attention to detail on the quotes. We have always had a great experience after the sale as well. I have good peace of mind that everything will show up to our customers on time and correct. Overall I have been very happy with my experience working with US Duct.
