Our owner and founder, Steve McDaniel, has been a duct fabrication industry leader for 40 years. Our solutions are customized to each customer, making ductwork installation processes simpler, more personable, higher quality, and delivered quickly. Our success all started with our signature line, No-Weld Clamp-Together Duct. As a privately held company, US Duct avoids bureaucracy, minimizes overhead, and delivers the best value and service.
We are completely equipped with EVERY machine and process required to produce a quality product, including laser welders, brakes, shears, multiple rolls, beaders, line welders, ironworkers, saws and plasma cutting tables.
US-Duct operates out of a 34,000 square foot facility in Kernersville and a second 70,000 square foot facility in Archdale.
Our fabricating employees are extensively experienced in sheet metal fabrication techniques. Their experience ranges from six to 18 years. All are masters of their profession and are concerned that each US Duct customer gets the very best, free of hassles and surprises.
