How fast can I get a quote?
⌄
US Duct delivers detailed, itemized quotes within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST. For complex multi-zone systems or fully custom fabrications, we confirm a timeline on the first call. Submit a sketch, photo, or drawing and we handle the takeoff and quote.
What information does US Duct need to produce an accurate dealer quote?
⌄
We need your machine list or process list, facility layout or sketch, application type (wood, metal, food, pharma, welding, CNC, etc.), desired transport velocity or CFM if known, existing collector specs if applicable, and photos where available. We size the system and produce a full parts list.
Can dealers use their own branding on US Duct products?
⌄
Yes. White-label (custom branding) is available on Clamp-Together Duct. Contact your Duct Guy or Gal to discuss options for your account.
Does US Duct divide sales territories?
⌄
No. US Duct does not divide sales territories. Dealers choose their own named sales rep at us-duct.com/choose-your-duct-guy and work with that rep directly. Call (855) 697-4468 to get started.
What duct connection systems are available?
⌄
US Duct manufactures two clamp-together systems (Rolled-Lip gasketed clamp and US Tubing Vanstone Edge airtight Clamp-Connect) and two flanged duct options (Vanstone and welded flange). All duct components, custom fittings, and special fabrications are available in any connection type. Laser special welding is available across all applicable products, gauges, and materials.
What materials and gauges are available?
⌄
Galvanized steel, 304SS, 316SS, and carbon steel. Standard gauges 22–18 GA; heavy gauges to 10 GA on clamp-together products. Flanged duct from 3" to 40" and beyond. Gasket options include EPDM (standard), silicone (corrosive and high-temperature), conductive EPDM (static-sensitive applications), and Viton.
Can US Duct design a system around a collector my customer already owns?
⌄
Yes. Provide the collector model, inlet size, CFM rating, and application type and we design and quote the duct system to connect. If the existing collector is undersized for the application, we flag it before the order is placed.
What NFPA standards apply to the applications my customers run?
⌄
NFPA 664 governs combustible wood dust collection systems. NFPA 484 covers combustible metal dust. NFPA 654 applies to food processing and pharmaceutical dust environments. NFPA 68 and 69 govern deflagration protection design. Your US Duct rep can identify applicable standards by application and flag relevant components — including patented Spark Traps and Vigiflap Explosion Isolation Valves — for code compliance.
What is DuctQuote and how does a dealer get access?
