All sales are final. Returns are not accepted unless the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To initiate a return for an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at dustek@us-duct.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
Every return requires a Returns Good Authorization (RGA) number provided by your salesperson. The RGA is comprised of the job number followed by the salesperson’s initials.

E-commerce & Shipping Policy
- Order Processing: Orders placed through our online store are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Payment Security: We use secure, encrypted payment processors to ensure your transaction information remains protected.
- Shipping Responsibility: Shipping costs for initial delivery are non-refundable. For authorized returns of damaged or incorrect goods, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
- Pricing & Availability: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders for items that are out of stock.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been authorized. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
