Working with US Duct has been a pleasure. We have been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and knowledge they have. I have been with GT Systems for just under 2 years. Jameson was the initial rep I dealt with. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Kenzie, Blaire (my favorite), and more recently Garren. Every one of these people have been great ambassadors of the US Duct brand. We have never been treated poorly in any aspect. We have always been treated with respect and honesty. The product, for the most part, has been exceptional. If we have had problems, they have been addressed and we have had satisfactory refunds when required. There was a time when the seals in the clamps was of poor quality. We returned them and received a better product. The online tools and software that produces Duct Quote are the best in the business. Hopefully, this relationship will remain strong and fruitful for both parties.

Blaire and Garren are always chugging along behind the scenes to make sure my crazy requests, drawings, and napkin parts lists are accurate, even though I have the best handwriting in the industry….👈🏼 (That’s a joke btw) Long story short, Kenzie and the team she brought me into has assisted PM greatly in securing some large deals and has taken a significant load of design time and counting parts for my jobs off my plate. Keep rocking Kenzie, Jameson, Blaire, and Garren!

In my 18 years in woodworking machinery sales, I have worked with several ductwork suppliers. However, I only deal with US Duct now for several reasons.
